Only one promotional discount can be claimed per visit.
Discounts are not available to Senior Citizens or Students, a discount is already applied.
Any promotion can be ceased by Scissors without prior notice.
All colour services will require a valid patch test a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Please be kind enough to give a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations so that we may offer this time to another client.
A 50% deposit may be requested in advance for any bookings over the value of £50.00, this will be deducted from your final bill. This will be non refundable if less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellations or non rebooked appointments. Thank you for your understanding.

The only personal information we will ever have is what you have voluntarily given to us and consented for us to store. The main reason we ask for, process and store your personal information is so we can provide you with the services you have requested. These services may include information, updates and questionnaires.

We appreciate your feedback, therefore by contacting us through our website, you agree to the collection and use of any information you choose to give us. Any personal information you give us will be used strictly in accordance with current data protection legislation (GDPR).
